Mister

My story

Mister’s story is heartbreaking, but he hasn’t let it dim his sweet nature. He was sadly abandoned in our parking lot after hours, left behind by his family. A kind member of the public quickly scooped him up to keep him safe, and staff brought him inside. Understandably, Mister was shaken by the ordeal, but he still allowed handling and leaned into gentle pets. Staff describe him as very sweet, easy to handle, and full of love despite the trauma he’s endured. Mister is now ready for a new beginning with a family who will cherish him the way he deserves. Behavior Notes: Per staff 8/16/25: I was outside and saw a family walking away from the intake door to their car and they dropped Mister on the ground in the parking lot, tried to shoo him away and a member of the public scooped him up and I was able to bring him into the building. He was freaked out but allowed all handling and petting. Per staff 8/15/25: Very sweet and easy to handle ACCT Philly is located at 111 West Hunting Park Ave in Philadelphia.
