My story

 Hi, my name is Cosmo! I'm a 1 year old brown tabby girl. I'm sharing a cage with my sister Comet. We're not a bonded pair, but we would love to be adopted together! I can be sweet AND spicy, by the way; it just depends how I'm feeling. I definitely like to get attention, especially face scritches, but being here in the shelter is pretty overwhelming, so sometimes I get a little overwrought. Oh, and I really don't like dogs, so sometimes hearing or seeing the ones here make me upset. Other than that, I'm a sweet girl who is so ready to find my real furever home!    The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.     August 15, 2025, 8:58 pm
