My Foster Writes:Midnight Groovy is a sweet boy with a loving spirit. He loves to chat with you, responding to your voice when prompted. Midnight Groovy tolerates being picked up and rocked back and forth in your arms, showing you lots of love by giving you nose and head butts. Midnight Groovy is also very playful, chasing after string toys and even carrying it in his mouth. He will lay next to you as you nap and will sit in the same room as you when you watch TV or work. Midnight Groovy is a big boy who is very food motivated. It's a heartbreaking situation that often shuts a cat down, but Midnight Groovy is handling it well--engaging with staffers and allowing pettings, even offering head bunts in return. Our behavior team deemed Midnight Groovy to be laid-back, curious, and shy, showing some hesitation but also a willingness to connect with people, especially when he's spoken to softy and offered yummy treats.
