My story

Hello, my name is Hopper! I’m a sweet and sensitive little guy looking for my forever home, and my dream life is one where I get to be the center of your world. I love going on walks and playing with squeaky toys and balls, and I am always happiest when I am spending time with my people. My previous home shared that I was potty trained, which is a great start! I can be a bit shy when meeting new people at first, but with a little love and patience I warm up and show my fun, affectionate personality. Because of this, I would do best in an adult-only home where things are calm and at my pace. I may be open to having a dog sibling, but I would like to meet them and everyone in the family to be sure we are a good match. I do not have any history with cats, but with slow, proper introductions I could likely live with confident and friendly kitties. I am also eligible for the staycation foster-to-adopt program, so we can get to know each other in your home before making things official.
