My story

Hi, I’m Vera, the smallest of my litter, but I promise you—my spirit is anything but small! I can keep up with rough play just fine, and I’m not shy about letting my siblings know when I’ve had enough. I’m a little cautious at first, but my curiosity always wins, especially if you get down on the floor with me. That’s when I feel the most comfortable. I was the feistiest about taking medicine (I had to make my opinion known!), but I was also the very first one to start purring when my foster family picked me up. I like to “help” with chores—especially scooping the litter box. You might even catch me climbing into the box or the trash bag while you’re working. My favorite toys are fuzzy mice, wand toys, scratchers, and anything dangly—shoelaces, drawstrings, you name it! I’ve been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, and I should do well in a home with other cats, calmer cat-friendly dogs, and children after a slow introduction. If you’re looking for a playful, curious kitten with a big personality wrapped in a small package, I might just be the perfect match for you.
