My story
Meet Montie! This amazing orange tabby guy is so friendly and looking for his second chance in life. He was found being thrown out of a car in front of Chicago Animal Care and Control. We cannot begin to understand how someone could do that, but what we do know is that we are extremely grateful that he found his way to Heartland! Montie is up-to-date on his FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations, and he is FIV and FeLV negative. He has not been neutered yet but it is important to us that all of our animals are fixed and so we ask that you put down a $100 refundable deposit while we schedule a time to neuter this sweetie. We will schedule, transport and ensure he is neutered and then refund you your deposit once completed. Montie is currently staying at our Heartland Facility! We are open Thursday 4pm-7pm, Friday 4pm-7pm, Saturday Noon-6pm and Sunday Noon-6pm. Feel free to stop by to meet him! No appointment necessary.
