Palmer

My story

From foster home 9/7/25: He is playing really well with other dogs and children. He loves the water hose, chew toys, and squeaky toys. He’s kennel trained and loves to go on walks and play outside and has a loving personality. He would do really well in a home with other dogs and a yard. On 8/19/25 I visited Palmer and Pammy in their kennel. Both dogs were cowering at the back trembling. I entered their kennel and tossed treats. They seemed interest in the treats, but would not eat them. I stayed with them for a bit to see if they would warm up to me, but they remained frozen at the back of their kennel. Video uploaded.
