My story

Meet Witness Protection (aka “Wit”) Female | Kitten | Gentle Soul, Quiet Observer, Secret Snuggler Wit may have the most dramatic name in the litter, but this kitten is all heart. She came into care alongside her sister, Suspicious Activity, and while she wasn’t on the brink like Sus, she was still in rough shape. Both girls were shaved due to their condition, but that hasn’t stopped Wit from slowly blooming into a quiet, sweet, and incredibly lovable companion. Wit is more reserved at first—she’s been through a lot and needs time and patience to trust. But once you earn her heart, she’ll melt right into your arms, purring softly while soaking up cuddles. She's not the first to ask for affection, but she's grateful when it comes and genuinely enjoys it. In the right home, she’s only going to blossom further. She’s playful and curious, and she builds her confidence through the cats around her. She does best with gentle, respectful companions—no bullies, please—as she’s sensitive and could regress with dominant cats. She gets along beautifully with her sister and foster siblings, and she’d thrive in a home with kind, playful feline friends (or you could adopt her with her sister Sus!). Witness Protection is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, routinely treated for fleas and worms, and   tested negative for FIV/FeLV and heartworm. Her estimated DOB is 4/20/2025       To ensure healthy development we  do not adopt out single kittens under 4 months old  unless there is already another cat in the home. Kittens learn essential behaviors from other felines, and early socialization reduces the risk of future behavioral issues. All of our cats/kittens come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org which includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle your new furbaby into your home.
