My story

Introducing Betty, a medium-haired kitten with a soft, fluffy coat and a heart full of love. Surrendered in mid-June along with her siblings Bam Bam, Pebbles and Fred. Betty has been growing up in a nurturing foster home where she’s learned just how wonderful life can be when surrounded by kind people. Betty faced a couple of early health bumps, including an upset tummy and a common upper respiratory infection. But thanks to great care and her own resilient spirit, she’s now healthy, happy and ready to find her forever home. Betty is friendly and playful. Her medium-length black fur gives her an elegant look. Her adopter will need to be willing to brush her coat regularly to keep it tangle-free and looking its best. Whether she’s lounging in a sunny window, following you from room to room, or curling up next to you for a nap, Betty is sure to fill your home with warmth, joy and endless purrs. The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times. If you are not available during those times, special arrangements for a meet and greet may be able to be arranged by emailing arfcats@bereaanimalrescue.com.
