Outgoing, playful, and full of charisma, he’s always ready to explore, play, and entertain. Very vocal, he loves to “chat” with anyone who will listen—if a talkative kitty is your favorite, he’s a dream come true!He has thrived in his foster home and even loved spending time with the resident dog, showing he’s adaptable and social.
