What my friends at OHS say about me:I developed very soft fur as a way to trick you into petting me more!Treats and time are the way to my heart! Give me some of each and as I get more comfortable my true personality will shine.New things are a little scary to me, but I all I need is time and someone to show me it's okay.Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted.Escape Artist: I have a history of escaping doors or fences. I will need supervision when outdoors or we can go on adventures together - on leash of course!High Energy: I can become easily frustrated if my energy and exercise needs are not met. I will need positive outlets and a calm environment to help me flourish.The type of home I'm looking for:I would flourish in a calm environment and a low-traffic home.I lived with cats in my last home. I may do best in a home without cats or small animals, I like to chase and play rough w/ my smaller friends. But having another dog to play with would be very fun!It could be with you!
