She and her brother were pulled from our local shelter, and now she’s ready to find her forever home! This smart girl already knows basic commands, walks nicely on a leash, is house-trained, and crate-trained – pretty impressive for such a young pup! Sylvia is eager to please and quick to learn, making her an amazing candidate for continued training and adventures with her new family. She gets along wonderfully with everyone she meets – people, dogs, you name it – and her friendly, easy-going personality will make her a fantastic companion. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have. NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption. If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement. We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21
