My story

I'm Chiclet and I can't wait to tell you my amazing rescue story! When rescued, I was covered in mange and dog bites. I also had a broken shoulder and bruised lungs. Having survived being thrown out of a car, I was in pretty bad shape. Thankfully, WAAL found out about me and took me to the dogtor. I'm healing nicely, but I still have a ruff time trusting people sometimes. I just need lots of positive attention and reassurance that I'm a very good girl. Give me a chance, and I'll reward you with lots of affection and a lifetime of devotion. I'm an active girl who loves to play and enjoys being around other doggies. Mostly I get along very well with other doggies, although if strange dogs bark at me suddenly it's scary and I might get a little edgy. I'm crate-trained and working hard on potty training.
