Tryp

My story

Tryp was brought into the shelter as a stray. He was found in the Michaux state forest around the time of the forest fires in April. When he was brought into the shelter Tryp had a large infected wound on his neck, was skinny, had burns on his feet, and such a bad ear infection that he had maggots in his ears. He had his ears and neck all cleaned out and had a drain in his neck wound for awhile. Due to the burns on his feet and some other spots on his body it is possible that Tryp was caught up in the forest fires. Even thought Tryp had to have been in immense pain he stayed a very happy and sweet guy throughout his recovery! He is now ready to look to the future of finding a loving forever home! Tryp is a sweet guy that pretty much loves everyone he meets! He weighs 50 pounds and may think that he is a lap dog at times! Tryp loves to go for walks, enjoys getting treats, and loves being with you! He does know sit and loves to please! Tryp has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, Heartworm/lyme tested, and microchipped since his arrival at the shelter.
