My story
MEET ROXIE! Roxie, a 7 year old Female Black and Tan Coonhound also came to the shelter as a surrender. Roxie came to the shelter like her friend Shadow emaciated and underweight. Roxie has gained 14 pounds in the last 14 days and is looking and acting like a completely different dog. Roxie is looking for someone to help her continue on with her weight gain progress. Roxie is a super sweet gal that loves to be outdoors and running around in the play yard. She has a lot of pep in her step for being 7 years old. Roxie does well with other dogs but does not like to share her food. We would recommend a home without cats. Roxie loves attention and being close to her people.
