My story

MEET SHADOW! Shadow, a 3 year old Male Black and Tan Coonhound came to the shelter as a surrender. At intake Shadow weighed only 43 pounds and was a walking skeleton. This sweet boy has put on 11 pounds in the last 2 weeks and is gaining weight everyday! Shadow is going to be a big handsome boy once he is up to weight. Shadow is a super sweet boy that like most hounds is loyal to his core. Despite his past this boy is a gentle and sweet soul. Shadow loves attention and has the biggest floppiest set of ears you will ever see. They really complicate drinking water as he can not seem to keep them out of his water bowl! Shadow has the softest eyes that will have you falling in love before you know it. Shadow is available for adoption and is ready to find a family that will adore him and provide him with all the love he deserves. Shadow has done well with other dogs but would prefer a home without a cat.
