My story

My foster knows me better than anyone! Here's what they had to say about me during my time with them: Hi, I'm Adorabeezle Winterpop. I just raised two energetic and playful kittens, and while I am energetic and playful myself, it's time for me to start a new chapter where I focus more on what it is that makes me purr: 1) a nice calm brushing session or Churu treat while snuggling next to my favorite human 2) chasing various things attached to strings 3) climbing and scratching (just to name a few). I am outgoing and warm up to new people quickly, especially if you give me forehead and cheek rubs. I have a lot to say, but I'm also a great listener - I enjoy chatting and chirping with people and will come to you if you chirp back. I will sit down right next to just about anyone and once I get to know you better I will gladly take over your lap. I can get overstimulated sometimes if my brushing sessions go too long or you keep petting me 0.2 seconds longer than desired. Don't be alarmed if I quickly and gently correct you like I would a kitten. It just means time to switch to playtime - grab a toy and help me release some energy! Here's what you need to know about me:I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things.
