My story

Hello, my name is Gomez. I am an 8 week old male domestic short hair kitten that weighs approx. 2lbs. I was surrendered due to my previous owner no longer being able to care for me. I am now looking for my FURever home. I am a friendly guy that has been raised around other cats and children. I am litter box trained and on both dry/canned kitten food. RAC staff will be in touch with approved applicants in order to schedule a meet and greet. My adoption fee is $75 which includes my neuter, rabies, microchip, first FVRCP booster, and dewormer. I will be required to return to RAC on Wednesday, 9/10/25 for my neuter and rabies vaccine. The date is non-negotiable and is a part of the adoption contract.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
