My story

Meet Edgar. Edgar had a rough start to his journey but luck had him brought to us and we got him all cleaned up and ready for his forever home. We don`t know about Edgar`s past but he was in a home briefly with other cats and got along with them. We think he would do well with another cat friend. He may do well with a calm, older dog who will respect his boundaries. Edgar has been friendly with staff during his stay but we aren`t sure if he`s ever met a child. Since he`s so friendly we think he would do well with children as long as they respect his personal space when he needs a break. Edgar had a dental procedure so there is an added cost to his adoption fee. When visiting Edgar you may notice some odd sounds coming from him. Edgar has Larygeal Paralysis, which is a disorder of the airway. We have an info sheet about this condition hanging on his enclosure at the shelter.
