My story

Meet Sadie! Sadie is a very sweet, sometimes spicy, little girl with a confident cattitude. Sadie is very loving and affectionate and will purr her little heart out when she is in the mood, but it's important that you pay attention to her body language to know when she needs a break. For this reason, a home without young children is needed. Sadie lost her home because her owner was unable to keep up with Sadie's energetic personality and it was not the best match for either of them. Sadie enjoyed exploring and playing in the backyard in her previous home and was quite the huntress of flying bugs and the occassional bird. She liked to leave little presents for her Mom to let her know she cares. Sadie loves to zoom around the house and play and is very entertaining. It is important that Sadie has a lot of things to do to keep her occupied and happy. Enriching her environment would help and she would benefit greatly from daily rousing interactive play sessions with wand toys to help her get her energy out. A tired kitty is a happy kitty! :-) Sadie would do best as an only kitty as she was territorial with other cats outdoors in her previous home, but she may get along with another cat in the home if their personalities are a good match and they were acclimated to each other very thoughtfully and slowly. Sadie is a very affectionate, fun-loving kitty who will definitely keep you entertained and on your toes! She will be the star of the show in the right home and we are happy to help you every step of the way so she can be her happiest, best self and you can be thrilled to have her as part of your family. :-) All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
