My story

Bio: Macon and Muse are best friends. While Macon is the larger of the two with his big paws and large bushy tail, he will be the first to plop down in front of you looking for belly rubs and attention. He and Muse are bundles of energy who love chasing each other around the room. Muse especially enjoys chasing balls or spring toys, keeping her fully entertained. She is very active and full of perpetual motion, but she does have downtime when she cuddles up for kisses and petting while curling up in your lap. Macon loves to be the center of attention and wants to be entertained with wand toys or something to play with. He will let you know when he’s bored. They both enjoy cuddling by your side for brushing and getting their chins scratched. Muse is a young, beautiful black cat with soulful eyes. She is observant of all activity and will sit at the door to watch the dog on the other side of the gate trying to determine if he’s friend or foe. Muse may have a mild case of cerebellar hypoplasia that causes her to have a slight tremor when she walks or eats but this doesn’t stop her from running, jumping, playing or eating. It only adds to her uniqueness and makes you love her more. Macon and Muse are both super affectionate, friendly kitties who warm up quickly to all newcomers. They love their mealtimes and like you even more when you show up with dinner. Macon and Muse can be found side by side, either licking each other with purrs or jumping on top of each other as kittens do. The two of them together are a fun, playful team with lots of energy and affection to share! Dog sociability: Unknown, possibly with a proper intro to a calm, cat friendly dog! Cat sociability: Yes, with a proper intro to other social cats! Kid sociability: Yes, good with calm, respectful kids of all ages! Likes: Belly rubs, chin scratches, playing with wand toys and balls Dislikes: Not getting enough to eat. The adoption fee is $150. All cats are up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Macon & Muse - We're A Bonded Pair!, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
