My story

4/10/25. Meet adorable MIA, a beautiful dober gal who is just shy of 2 years old and on the hunt for her forever family. Rescued from a difficult situation through a confiscation case with BCAC, not much of her history is known since her previous owner faced imprisonment. But what we do know is that she’s a sweetheart! MIA is loving and friendly with everyone she encounters; however, she does prefer the company of humans over other dogs, so she’ll need to be the only fur child in her new home. On walks, she’s a pleasure, displaying a calm and gentle demeanor and she shines when she's with the volunteers. While she could use a little bit of nourishment to help her fill out, once she does, she will be absolutely stunning.
