My story

Hi there! Don’t worry—I’m way more reliable than a Ford Pinto, and definitely cuter than a can of Pinto Beans! Name’s Pinto, and I’m a 10-month-old pup with a heart full of love. At 49 pounds, I’m the perfect medium-sized buddy to tag along on all your life’s road trips—whether that’s a stroll through the neighborhood or a cozy nap on the couch. I’m super friendly, great with other dogs, and while I may have chased a cat up a tree once... in my defense, it was moving fast and I thought it wanted to play. I did fine with cats in the shelter, so let’s just call that a moment of youthful enthusiasm. I’ve met some great kids (8 and up), and I passed with flying colors. I’m also practicing leash walks during foster field trips, and let me tell you—I’m picking it up pretty quick. I’m up to date on my vaccines, heartworm negative, neutered, and ready for forever. If you’re looking for a goofy, loving, playful pal who’s still learning but full of promise, I think you and I are gonna be the perfect pair. Love and tail wags, Pinto Pinto's adoption fee is $275.
