My story

James (aka Tarik) is a sweet, wonderful 8 year old black & white tuxedo boy. James needs a little time to warm up to new people, but it won't be long before he is seeking out your love and chin scratches! He also loves to receive pets while he eats. James is a very "easy" cat. He's well-behaved and doesn't cause trouble. He's also very smart--he understands when you call him and will come at least two-thirds of the time! When you are settled in bed or on the couch, James will come sleep next to you. James gets along well with the resident cats in his foster home. He would be a great addition to a family with resident cats or as a single cat. He is easily frightened by loud noises, so he will be happier in a quieter home with adults or older children. The adoption fee for senior cats has been reduced to $55. All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Discounted adoption fee if two senior cats are adopted together, $100 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply!
