He is so loving and affectionate and was born in the care of our rescue so he's received the best care. He will be spayed at 6-7 months of age, which is included in his adoption fee. Pepper is just the cutest and would make the best addition to any family. Pepper is a bundle of joy and has the best little personality. Pepper is dreaming of his forever family and can’t wait to spend the rest of his life in a home where he feels loved, safe, and part of a family unit.
