My story

UPDATE ON OUR WOUNDED WARRIOR... Good name for her? We went with Freya... Which means The Norse goddess of love and beauty, conveying a sense of grace and new beginnings. After everything that she's been through all she has to offer is love. It completely breaks my heart to see animals so beaten down by humans yet they want nothing more than to give love in return, even after all that they've been through. This cat was abandoned by her supposed family after they were evicted. Not only did she suffer a huge gaping wound while outside but she was so flea infested that she has immaculate hair loss. She was also starved and malnourished and has to be fed on a schedule and in small increments. She has been fixed vaccinated her wound sealed and healed up as well as tested for FELV FIV and heartworm all of which she was negative for. She was also dewormed and treated with capstar as well as revolution for the out of control fleas she had. She is on the road to recovery but that definitely has not been an overnight task. now she's finally on the road to recovery and she needs a family that will never put her in his position again. She is definitely a velcro kitty who needs to be held and loved on 24/7.
