My story

Rabba A17706975 lb. neutered male, approx 1 1/2 years old -A little bit timid and nervous to start-Outside in the yard he was content to sniff and explore checking in occasionally for pets. He’ll nudge for more sometimes too-He’s affectionate and gives kisses-Very friendly boy who loves pets and attention-Inside he relaxed even more and started playing with toys-Sits and shakes paw for treats. Take them nicely but doesn’t seem super food motivated.-Seems like a good solid, young boy-Seems like a potty holder-Walks nicely on a leashSeems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids•Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt •Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. •Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. •There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. •To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** •The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30 **1431 E Ferry St. Detroit
