My story

#A5715165 Say hello to Bambi , a 10-year-old Pitbull sweetheart with an adorable brown and white spotted coat, the cutest frosted face, and a pair of perky ears that stick up like a little bunny’s! This lean little land seal has clearly lived a life - her body bears the signs of multiple litters - but now, she’s finally spayed and ready to be babied, the one who gets all the love and care she’s always given to others. Bambi is gentle, affectionate, and incredibly loyal, just looking for someone who’ll cherish her the way she deserves. She’s great on leash, potty trained, knows her basic commands, and has the perfect medium energy level -  a total gem for first-time or experienced dog owners alike. She gets along wonderfully with people and other pups, and would be easy to fold into any loving home. After giving so much, Bambi’s ready to be spoiled - could that home be yours?   -10 year old brown and white Pitbull -52 pound spayed female -up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 7/22/25 as an owner surrender - but we have no notes and no clear reason why, as Bambi is as sweet and gentle as her name suggests! -lean little land seal, with an adorable brown and white spotted coat and the most charming pair of perky ears that you've ever seen, pointed up like a rabbit's!  -this darling girl's body tells a long story, from her sweetly frosted face to the multiple signs that she's had several previous litters - Bambi gave her previous owner her all, then they left her at the shelter when they were done with her -thankfully, this sweetie has since been spayed, so no more babies for her - just all the babying she's always deserved, ready to be loved and cherished for herself, exactly as she is -deeply loyal, looking for her next owner -gentle, affectionate, very attentive, people oriented, and easy to integrate into any family or household -awesome on leash, potty trained, with the perfect medium energy level, and gets along great with both all kinds of people and pups, plus knows basic commands like sit - could be great for both first time and seasoned pet owners looking for an endlessly loving and loyal forever companion     BAMBI’S VIDEO: https://youtube.com/shorts/sRiQp9XSYog   For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at lisaa@unitedhopeforanimals.org   ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.  This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed above. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.August 12, 2025, 5:29 pm
