My story

Please call the store at 970-223-9020 to verify my availability. I look forward to seeing you soon! Hello! My name is PepperJack, I'm a sweet boy who loves attention. I had a rough start in my young life; I was found in a drain pipe in Greeley, CO and was very scared and shy, but a couple weeks in a foster home got me to trust and love humans. Now instead of being scared when I see my foster mom, I run to greet her with my meows and start to purr the minute I'm pet or picked up. I love to lay on my foster mom's lap. My favorite things to play with are toys that roll around and I also know how to use a scratch post. I'm also litter box trained! My foster home has other cats and large dogs, I've seen the cats through a baby gate and while I'm cautious I'm also curious and with a proper introduction would probably be ok in a home with other cats. I have not met the dogs face to face yet, but I hear them barking and am desensitized to their loud noises so again with a proper introduction I would be ok in a home with dogs. I've not been around small children, but my foster family does handle me often so if a little one knows how to hold a kitten I think I would be ok in a home with small human siblings.
