#A5712346 Yasmine - A Velvet Seal with a Heart Full of Love ❤️ Yasmine is a 4-year-old, 65 lb spayed female Pitbull with a soft gray coat and a temperament just as gentle. Brought in as a stray on July 10, 2025, she has proven to be affectionate, soulful, and eager to connect despite battling illness. Though she initially showed signs of fear in the shelter, she warmed up beautifully with soft handling and is now ready for a calm, loving home. She is tolerant of other dogs, appears housebroken, and can be adopted on a health waiver due to a suspected respiratory condition. -4-year-old spayed female Pitbull, 65 lbs -Taken in as a stray on July 10, 2025 -Described as a “beautiful velvet seal” who believes she’s a lap dog -Affectionate, super happy, and eager to bond with people -Medium-to-low energy level, ideal for a relaxed home environment -Friendly and good leash manners overall but pulls when anxious -Knows “sit” and takes treats gently -Shows signs of housebreaking -Initially timid and fearful in kennel, but relaxed with soft voice and calm presence -Sociable with calm dogs, engages in calm greetings, not play-focused -Recommended for adults-only households, and continued socialization encouraged -Can be adopted on a health waiver, suspected Canine Respiratory Infection (currently taking medication) - Follow-up diagnostics and treatment with a private veterinarian recommended Yasmine is a quiet treasure. She is resilient, affectionate, and ready to love. She just needs a patient adopter who can see beyond the kennel walls to the gentle soul within.
