My story

Sweedan (A561592):Meet Sweedan, a delightful 6-year-old female Terrier mix ready to charm her way into your heart! With her affectionate nature, she’s looking for a loving home to enjoy her golden years.Sweedan has a happy demeanor and loves both playtime and cozy snuggles with her favorite humans.Sweedan rests in her kennel and is non-reactive to passing dogs and to her next-door kennel neighbor who is a reactive new mama that is guarding her puppy. She was very hesitant to walk with the cone on her head, so I carried her to the interaction room for photos. After photos, we put her cone back on and she again, allowed for me to lift her so that we could return to her kennel. Sweedan’s sweet and trusting nature deserve a soft place to rest and she appears to be in quite a bit of discomfort from whatever soft-tissue/non-skeletal injury is causing her swelling and discomfort on her left front leg.If you’re seeking a loyal companion to bring joy and warmth to your life, Sweedan is eager to be your new best friend!Sweedan is reserved for adopters residing outside of Prince George`s County.Animal Services Division3750 Brown Station RDUpper Marlboro, MD301-780-7200
