My story

Simon is very social and would probably prefer to be adopted with a sibling or placed with another cat. He is the smallest of the boys in his litter, but he doesn’t know it. He plays with our 16 pound cat like he is one of the big boys. He’s very playful and silly and has to be the first at everything and the center of attention. Really, he tries to get in the middle of everything. Simon loves to pretend he is a monkey and tries to climb up your body (if you let him—he’s usually very gentle) to sit on your shoulder to watch the litter box being cleaned or the food bowl being filled. After playing hard, if you’re sitting when he’s ready for a snooze, he will stretch out on your lap and purr himself to sleep. He does not mind his tummy being rubbed gently if he is in a calm or sleepy mood.Available for adoption from Kitty Kat Haven and RescueHoover, AL 35226205-302-8883
