My story
Pompeii once had a home. Until his owner callously abandoned him, along with his two housemates Humphrey and Sheba, on a dead-end street well known as a dumping ground for unwanted animals. We were eventually able to learn his story, which was his owner had just moved to Seattle and did not want them and left them behind to fend for themselves.
