Betty Boop

My story

Meet Betty, a four year-old 55 pound pittie/beagle mix. Betty would love a home with another dog to play with. She has thought to have lived with children in the past because she adores them! She does not currently live with cats and we are not sure if she has in her past so it is uncertain whether she will do well around them. A fenced yard would be preferable for her so she can enjoy running around the yard in safety! Betty has a funny little “rooing” sound for her bark. She bays similar to a beagle. She has a very expressive face and personality, and loves to cuddle and give kisses! Her favorite activities are going outside to play and playing with stuff toys. She loves playing tug-of-war and fetch! She absolutely loves meeting new people. Betty is very well behaved and like a typical dog can be stubborn at times. Betty has mastered some commands, such as sit, down, stay, come, no and leave it! She is potty trained but her foster has not used a crate so we are not sure how she would do with one. Betty is not fond of nail clippers. She is currently on some medications for skin allergies and seems to be tolerating that very well. Betty is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and is on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $350.
