You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Iris was saved from a neglect situation in Nash County. Iris is about 2 years old and a funny and sweet little dog. She is content to snuggle close. Although she gets along well with dogs, she would LOVE to be the one and only! No kitty friends! ************************************************************************ The adoption fee is $400, which covers food, vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet. All dogs receive a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age. Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue's best guess and not guaranteed.
