Sadie

My story

Sadie is a 6 month old, 10 lb Maltese/Poodle mix. Foster dad picked her up from a large, loud shelter where she was very scared and terribly matted. After a much needed grooming, she feels like a puppy again and is so playful! After a fun play session, she likes to snuggle up with her foster parents on the couch. Sadie is a little on the skinny side, but she is eating much better now and will put on some weight in no time. She is crate trained but still working on house training. Foster parents say she is smart and already learning some commands. She has two sibling foster dogs that she gets along with, but they are older dogs and do not want to play. Sadie would love to have another playful dog in her adoptive home. She would be fine as an only dog, as long as her people are home quite a bit, and provide playtime and mental stimulation.
