My story

Brief Bio:My name is Zimmy and I’m a friendly gray tabby guy who’s generally pretty chill. My foster mom is always telling me what beautiful markings I have. I can be a little vocal when I want attention. My foster mom tried to get a newer picture, but I move fast and she got mostly gray blurs! So this is a picture of me when I first came in. I’m eating Hills Science Diet dry kitten food, but I won’t turn down treats or canned food if you offer.Summary of Personality:My foster mom says that I’m sweet, friendly, and easy-going. I have the best purrs and I can be quite affectionate. But I also love love love to run and play. I love things that I can chase and then I can pick up in my mouth. I can be what my foster mom calls a little toy obsessive. So if I have a toy in my mouth and I’m running around with it, I will growl at the other kittens as a warning that this is mine and they can’t have it. And while that’s cute as a kitten, my foster mom says you should keep an eye on that because it might not be so cute as I get older. I’m easy to pick up, but not when I’m in the middle of my zoomies! I’m a curious kitty that likes to explore and climb.Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc):I was fostered with my siblings and two other foster kittens. I got along and played with them all really well. I may have been a little too rough and tumble for one of the other foster kittens cause he kept trying to run away from me. I was really good with the resident cats, even the one that was big and 17 pounds. If you have one of those one toys to play with me, you’ll be able to play all of my energy out and then I’ll be ready to settle in and cuddle. I’m used to being around my siblings so it would be great if I could get adopted with one of them or maybe you already have a cat at home that I can be friends with?Include any observations:I am a litter box champion. My foster mom would love to get pictures and updates after I’m adopted. So ask the Shelter staff for her contact information. Is your foster litter box trained?: Yes

If you have any questions or would like to adopt ZIMMY, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
