My story

After the passing of her beloved owner, 14-year-old Naveah found herself in the unfamiliar surroundings of the shelter. Understandably, she’s feeling overwhelmed and nervous here—but beneath that shyness is a deeply affectionate cat just waiting for the right person to help her feel safe again. Naveah is a quiet senior who would thrive in a calm, low-stress home where she can settle in at her own pace. She has so much love to give and is just looking for someone patient and kind to share it with.Naveah has suspected early renal disease. At this stage, she doesn’t require a special diet—just yearly checkups to keep an eye on her kidneys and ensure she stays as healthy and comfortable as possible. If you’re looking to open your heart and home to a gentle older cat, Naveah would be so grateful for a second chance at love.
