My story

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue Oliver has blossomed from a shy, cautious soul into a tender-hearted young cat with a quiet charm all his own. While still a bit reserved, he greets the world with a sweetness that is impossible to overlook. His gentle amber eyes seem to study everything around him, and when he feels safe, he leans into affection with a soft purr that says more than words ever could. Oliver shares his space with his brother Matteo, whose outgoing nature helps encourage Oliver’s confidence. The two are often found batting toys back and forth, tumbling in playful chases, or curling up together after a busy round of fun. His plush, velvety-soft coat is a joy to pet—one of those small luxuries you’ll find yourself indulging in often. Currently, Oliver is receiving care for a tiny, undetermined spot on his paw, but it doesn’t slow him down or dampen his playful spirit. With patience, kindness, and a loving home, Oliver will continue to bloom into the devoted companion he is meant to be—bringing with him quiet joy, gentle affection, and the comfort of a loyal friend. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
