My story

Meet our newest mom-to-be, Bean! We pulled this sweet girl from Animal Care Services to give her a better chance at raising her puppies in a stable environment. Right now, she is in foster care, receiving some much-needed TLC as she prepares for the arrival of her adorable litter, her very own little jumping beans! Bean is also recovering from Demodex, a type of mange caused by microscopic mites that causes hair loss. It’s not contagious to humans or other animals, so we’ve been giving her all the love she deserves. Soon enough, we’ll get to see her inner beauty shine through. As we’ve gotten to know her, we see that Bean is truly a perfect companion. She enjoys snuggling up near your lap, afternoon naps, and loves to be near people. For now, Bean’s biggest job is being the best mama she can be. Once she’s done with her motherly duties, she’ll be ready to move into her forever home, where she can enjoy all the cuddles, sunshine naps, and soft blankets she desires.
