Don’t underestimate him: our boy can strut with three legs. Meet Runway! This pup is in line to be America’s next rescue superstar. Will you be the one to support him on his journey to the top? You may be wondering why this little guy is such a huge contender for the spotlight. Well, let’s begin by acknowledging his unwavering spirit! Runway was rescued by Animal Care Services with an injured leg from a mysterious accident. When SNIPSA took him in, we knew right away that he would need X-rays, so we carted him off to South Texas Veterinary Surgery. We soon learned that the leg was completely shattered with no chance of healing properly. Runway then underwent an operation to have the leg amputated, and he was up and running just a day later. This cutie is self-assured and playful, with a sweet sense of humor. He will vacuum up treats, toss around his toys with zest, and run zoomies as fast as any other dog—maybe faster! We are just in awe at Runway’s fortitude. His spunk and well-rounded nature will bring so much joy to your family. Don’t wait to apply and meet Runway. He is destined for fame!
