My story

Meet Coke! Coke (AKA: Cokester, Diet Coke) is a sweet, timid kitten with the most endearing Yoda-like ears and expressive little face. The smallest of his litter, he’s a gentle soul who’s made steady progress during his time in foster care, learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. Though he still tends to hide and startles easily, Coke has shown that with patience and quiet encouragement, he can begin to trust. He tolerates gentle handling and may continue to come out of his shell more in a calm environment—especially if he’s the only cat or away from his more outgoing brothers. Coke would do best in a peaceful home with older children or adults who can give him the time, space, and understanding he needs to build confidence at his own pace. He’s litter box trained and ready to keep blossoming in the right home. Affectionaly called "Laser Beam" by his foster parents due to the laser noises he makes when he wants attention, this dapper man is ready to land in his new home! Although shy and hissy in the beginning, he quickly lets down his walls and adores interacting with people. He now follows his foster parents around the house and purrs for full body and cheek scratches/petting. His favorite objects are anything soft and fluffy - his current obsession is a little blue fluffy ball that he suckles on and throws around the room all day long! Coke has been slowly introduced to the resident cats in the home and now enjoys bounding around the house with them and has been learning how to "cat" from watching them interact with people and doing everyday things. He is truly a more confident kitty with other felines around!
