Meet Macchiato, Boba, and Chai – Three Little Miracles Born April 6, 2025 Chai, the tiniest and most delicate, faced the hardest battle. The virus affected her nervous system, leaving her unable to walk or move properly for weeks. But with constant love, cuddles, and tireless care, Chai slowly found her footing again. But what makes her special: she is one of the most affectionate kittens the rescue has ever known. She doesn't just like snuggling— she lives for it. She is calm, low-key, and happiest when curled up in your lap or tucked under your chin, purring softly as she falls asleep. While other kittens are off bouncing around, she will choose to be right next to you, soaking up your love and giving it back tenfold. She has a quiet, soulful presence and a heart full of gratitude. After everything I’ve been through, all I want is someone to love and someone who will love me in return. These tiny treasures came into the world under heartbreaking circumstances. At just three days old, they were dropped off at the county shelter—far too young to survive without a mother. The odds were stacked against them, but Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue swooped in to give them a fighting chance. We placed them in the loving hands of an experienced neonate foster family who immediately jumped into action. Feeding every two hours around the clock, this incredible foster family became their lifeline. Despite our best efforts, the journey wasn't easy—all three kittens battled a serious virus that almost claimed their lives. Other kittens from this litter are - Boba, a beautiful grey tabby girl was second to regain her strength. She’s the gentle soul of the trio. Check out her bio to read more about her. Macchiato, now adopted is the brave orange tabby boy, was the first to bounce back. Strong, spunky, and full of personality, he paved the way for his siblings. These kittens are more than just adorable—they’re survivors, each with a story of strength, love, and hope. After everything they’ve overcome, they’re now ready to find their forever homes. All of our cats and kittens are socialized and happy to interact with visitors, so you will meet them with their true personalities.
