My story

**This is a courtesy post. Duke is NOT a YCSPCA dog, and all inquiries will be forwarded to his owners. They are requesting that interested parties fill out a YCSPCA application. That can be found here: http://form.jotform.com/52017002013129.** Meet Duke, a sweet and gentle goofball! This 1-year-old, 80-pound Doberman mix is mellow, affectionate, docile, and very quiet. We're heartbroken to rehome him due to our growing family and lifestyle changes — he deserves more time and attention than we can give right now.   Duke is great with other dogs, loves people (is great around toddlers), and would do well with most family types thanks to his calm, easygoing personality. He’s housebroken, crate trained, neutered, and walks well on a leash. He loves fetch (and is a pro at “drop it”) and minimal exercise, and is also happy to cuddle up and for hugs and kisses.   He’s great at outdoor restaurants, beer gardens, and dog-friendly stores (Home Depot, etc.) — wherever you go, he wants to be near you. At the same time, he can relax on his own around the house, in the crate, or in the yard.   Duke is up to date on all vaccines and in excellent health. We’re looking for a loving home that can give him the attention and playtime he deserves. Please reach out if Duke sounds like a match for your family!   **This is a courtesy post.
