My story
Hi, I'm Elaina, a gentle and affectionate cat who was surrendered by my previous owner due to a move (and I couldn't go along). In my former home, I was comfortable around children (newborn to teenager) but the resident cats were a different story (and a short stay in the large colony room at HAWS with other cats confirmed I might be best as an only cat)! I have a lot of love to give so I'm looking for someone, a couple or family that will love me just as much! When I arrived at HAWS I was a bit shy but with time I have adjusted to my new surroundings and visiting people. So only one more adjustment is needed ... a new home with you.
