✨🐾 Meet Tux 🐾✨ Tux is finally ready to find his perfect, schnauzer-savvy home! 🖤 🏡 His Dream Home: &#194&#149 Adult-only (no young kids) &#194&#149 A playful dog friend &#194&#149 Someone who's experienced with schnauzers or dogs with behavioral quirks &#194&#149 A patient person who sees his potential and will help him keep growing and gaining confidenceTux is about 20lbs, and a Schnauzer/Poodle mix of some sort estimated to be around a year old. He was very scared, overwhelmed, and unsure who to trust at the shelter and showed some forward defensive growly behaviors at times. Now that he's had some time to decompress in foster care, we're seeing the real Tux&#194&#151a sweet, sensitive boy who just wants to feel safe and loved.Tux recently had a spa day, got neutered, and had some much-needed ear treatments (his ears were really bad and bothering him a lot). With another friendly dog to show him the ropes, he's starting to relax and enjoy life.🧠 What He's Like: &#194&#149 True to his schnauzer roots&#194&#151smart, bold, and a little stubborn at first &#194&#149 Sensitive and really thrives with calm, patient people &#194&#149 Still working through some fear-based behaviors, so he'll need an experienced home that can give him structure and continue training &#194&#149 He was labeled 'aggressive' at the shelter, but with the right guidance, he shines 📩 Think Tux could be your guy?
