My story

How this pet arrived: Oreo was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team. Why Oreo might be the one for you: Oreo has evolved from shy, sometimes grumpy to spoiled baby. It is easy to understand why Oreo was shy and a little grumpy because he hit a rough patch in his life and did not know what to do. He has been in foster care with us where he has learned that he can trust humans, that most humans are good. He now knows exactly what to do - look adorable, and get treats and love. His foster family says that he is soooooo sweet and does the cutest happy dance on his tippy tappy toes. Foster says his favorite things are food, snuggling with his people and going on short walks. He is a water lover as he loves a shower and being groomed. He thinks a looking good makes his cute over or under bite even more endearing and he is correct. He might like his own kiddie pool and he might share it with you. He is easy to leash. On walks he becomes a sniffer dog of all things and most other dogs. He leans in for pets from his favorite people which are becoming most people. His foster wonders why someone has not adopted Oreo because he is truly the best boy ever. If you want the best boy ever to come home with you, if you want a dog who excels at happy dances that will make you laugh, if you want a dog with a whole lot of love to give, meet Oreo and give him the chance to show you what a wonderful companion he can be! At SDHS:Oreo has been vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and is now ready for his new home! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 19.4 Age: 9yrs 5mths 4wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Oreo, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
