My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog H:14Are you looking for your dream puppy? Do you want a gorgeous companion to sit at your feet as you cook pancakes on a Sunday morning? Do you want a fun, active, goofy, best friend for all of your days?! Look no further than Rolph! Rolph has done all of the work to get ready for his forever family. In a short amount of time he’s learned: sit how to go potty (#2) outside sleep through the night in his crate be gentle and neutral around cats working on his crate training Rolph is still a baby, but he’s pretty mellow for a guy his age. He loves being around his foster parents and cuddling them or playing with toys. While his foster dog sis is on the grumpy side, Rolph respects her needs when she wants to stop playing. His foster parents report that Rolph has been curiously interested in the 2 cats in their home. Rolph is very food motivated. He will do anything for a snack which makes training him fun. He would do best as a solo dog with parents willing to engage in playtime and enrichment, or as a sibling to a playful companion.
