My story

Orion may have lost her home, but she hasn't lost her sparkle. This 9-year-old social butterfly was part of a trio of cherished cats whose young owner passed away unexpectedly. Now she’s ready to bring light and love into a new family’s life.  True to her celestial name, Orion is a star—bold, affectionate, and always the first to say hello. She thrives on attention, happily greeting visitors, soaking up pets, and making herself the center of the room (and your heart). She’s the kind of cat who believes laps were made for lounging and hands were made for scritches. Orion does have hyperthyroidism, which is well-managed with daily medication and a special diet. She takes it all in stride—because, frankly, she has more important things to do, like making friends and stealing hearts. With her confident charm and loving nature, Orion would do well in just about any home. If you’re looking for a companion who’s equal parts sweet and spunky, Orion is ready to shine in your life. Adoption Information Prior to adoption, every cat in our care is spayed or neutered, microchipped, given age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for parasites, and combo-tested for FIV/FeLV. We make sure each cat is healthy, safe, and ready to thrive in their forever home. Adoption Fees Kittens (under 6 months): $150 Adults (over 6 months): $125 Seniors / Special Needs: $75 Please Note: We cannot hold cats for any reason. Please only apply if you’re ready to meet and welcome your new companion within 3 days of applying. Kittens under 4 months must go to a home with another friendly feline, or be adopted with a buddy.
