My story

Hello, I’m Lotto! I hit the jackpot when I was saved by I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue, and now I’m eagerly searching for my forever home. I’m a 3-year-old, 8-pound Poodle mix, and I don't shed! With my adorable underbite and soft, heart-melting whimper, I’m sure to win you over in no time. I'm sweet, loving, and will attach to you immediately. I currently live with a baby and five dogs of all sizes, and I get along with everyone! I don’t bark, chase anything, or have accidents—I use the doggie door to do my business outside.
